Arrived on time. Bolted right up. My car passed emissions after installing. The hanger mount on the bottom had to be bent slightly to get it to fit.

It actually works!
Pretty good so far no complaints, runs nice and quiet and is so far doing its job. Only complaint is the bolts are a seperate piece which makes them a little trickier to install compared to a stock cat, but even with that I would still recommend getting one if you dont want to shell out a lot of cash.
