Upon checking, this catalytic converter is not compatible with the 2002 Chevrolet Blazer LS 6 Cyl 4.3L.
Just to give you a heads up, some states now require the use of CARB-COMPLIANT AFTERMARKET CONVERTERS (in certain circumstances). It is important to know your state’s requirements to determine the correct converter for your application and location. EPA guidelines do not allow mismatching emission components. You may check the emission label sticker usually located underneath the hood for reference.

inexpensive replacement
I liked that the gaskets came with this product. The front hanger bracket that the OEM product has was not on this one. The OEM may be over engineered and it appeared that the use of the forward hanger, just behind the flange that attaches to the header pipes, wasn't really necessary so I didn't modify the purchased converter and chose to just forget about using the forward hanger. All seems to be fine installing it this way.

My unit doesn't have front mount, needed to bend mount, would recommend including bolts and nuts.. paint smells hot , for three days..catalytic converter works well, QUIET!!

Great product, easy install
Bought this to replace my bad catalytic converter in my 99 blazer. Bolted right up and fit nicely and performs well. Only con is that for some stupid reason they paint it before they send it and when it heats up after installing the paint starts to burn and smell.
