This is a flimsy, weak part made of nougat, both the OEM and this after-market replacement. One of the clips broke off while unwrapping the plastic wrap. Then it cracked and broke apart while installing, so I had to re-order.
One thing I discovered after it cracked is that using a rubber mallet to seat the clips actually worked well. I was just too worried about breaking it before I broke it!
