No, the front bumper cover is not CAPA certified as well (with a yellow sticker certification on the part and with the letter Q at the end of the part number). The Certified Automotive Parts Association (CAPA) was created by automobile insurance companies to oversee a test program guaranteeing the suitability and consistent quality of aftermarket automotive parts meeting or exceeding the OEM quality. However, for the non-CAPA, keep in mind that being non-CAPA certified doesn't necessarily mean lower quality. The parts are just as good and the same (factory OEM specifications) but the manufacturer chooses not to pursue CAPA certification to cut costs.
