A:BEST ANSWERHello, it's possible that the windshield wiper stalk is wiring is faulty, causing inconsistent functionality. Visually inspect as much wiring as you can, and see if the wipers turn on while touching/moving any of the wiring to see if the wipers turn on. Hopefully it's an easy fix! Show less
