Rear Reman Series Wiper Motor, Remanufactured
Not as painless as expected
The first unit I received was badly defective; after a few seconds it blew the car's fuse. Then it started working intermittently, and generating a lot of heat. After a few more tests, it stopped working completely. I have to wonder if that (supposedly reconditioned) unit was even tested once. AutoMD quickly sent a replacement, which did look newer, didn't require splicing wires, and it's now working properly. Due to the first experience, I do wonder for how long this one will last...
