Q:I received the Pontiac Montana SV6 wiper linkage sometime in the last couple of weeks. On first examination it seemed to be a perfect fit. But when I started to install it I noticed a difference. Referring to the picture on your web site. The arm in the picture going up is straight, as is the piece that you sent me. But on the assembly that I took out of the car there is an extra piece at it's end that swivels. I don't see how the two assemblies can be compatible? Any information would be helpful. Thanks. A:BEST ANSWERHi Richard, I'm glad to assist you. As per checking, You actually ordered the wiper linkage for the 2005 Pontiac Montana Base submodel. If you selected the SV6 submodel, there is no wiper linkage available. Sadly, we do not carry the wiper linkage for your Montana SV6 model. This part is designed for the base submodel only. Please call our sales hotline and ask to be transferred to our returns department so they could assist you on the return details and get your refund later on. Still, you might needing some other parts such as wiper blade, brake disc and pad kit and others. We do have those parts in stock. I hope this helps. Happy shopping. Show less
