Best Answer:Hi, Depending on your car’s design, that clicking noise could be either a relay or the window motor attempting to move the regulator. As for why your window doesn’t work, the issue could be the regulator, a problem with the window track, a failed motor or a variety of other issues. To know for sure, you’ll need to either do some troubleshooting or take your car to a professional repair facility. Good luck.
