Almost perfect
Comes with 3 screws that don’t work with regulator. Needed to drill plastic motor housing to fit the original larger and longer screws to hold the motor to the regulator and assure the gears were covered. The electrical connectors supplied do not fit the explorer so needed to cut and solder from removed motor.
