Product Questions & Answers

Q:What importance does this part have in a 2006 Saturn Vue?
Steven R.
A:BEST ANSWERHi Steven, I'm pleased to assist you. The EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation) valve is an important part of a 2006 Saturn Vue. It is responsible for taking the gas that comes out of the engine and sending it through the intake manifold, where the engine can utilize it again. A bad EGR valve can cause hesitation, balking, poor acceleration, stalling, lumpy idle, and the car not wanting to idle or deal with any lower revs. For a smoother drive, we recommend replacing the EGR valve asap. Use the link below to directly place your order while the part is in stock. I hope this helps, and enjoy shopping! https://www.carparts.com/egr-valve/replacement/repa509201?can=CPGG4850_CSQA_20231218 Show less
