Do you mean for the folded bumper? These Bumper Covers are made of shape-memory plastic and will eventually go back to their original shape after you put them under the sun for at least 2 hours. If there is no sun, you can apply heat on the affected area with a heat gun (just make sure not to over-heat and melt the material). The basic relays contain electromagnetic coil wire and iron core, hinge armature, spring, yoke, insulator and the relay plastic casing. There is no integrated IC but on some it may come with the IC depending on the type of relay. The relay's basic purpose is to automate this power to switch electrical circuits on and off at particular times. Show less
