Product Questions & Answers

Q:Is this product low beam and high beam because in the description it says low beam? Show Less
Kevin P.
A:BEST ANSWERHi Kevin, I'm glad to help you out. This is a set of low beam D2R Xenon bulbs. On a Mercedes Benz, the high beam are commonly H1 and H7 halogen bulbs. I hope this helps. Happy shopping. Show less

Q:Are these HID bulbs?  If not, then will the ballasts handle them?  Do you have to change the ballasts, or remove them? Show Less
Anthony D.
A:BEST ANSWERHello! Yes, these are HID bulbs. Your original ballasts should work fine and will not need to be removed. However, I will generally try switching ballasts left to right when a headlight fails, just to rule out a ballast failure. If the same light is out after switching ballasts, then you know it's a bad bulb. Show less
