Q:My existing mirror is no frills. No power no heat no nothing. But it is only half a mirror. My question is what is that protruding from the attachment side of the mirror housing. I think it is referred to as a paddle. My existing mirror doesn't have that feature ? Show Less

Q:Will this item come with the gasket and screws ?

We suggest reusing the original ones from the old mirror or getting new ones from your local auto supply stores.
