The 2005 Buick Park Avenue Ultra came with the 3.8L V6 engine (L67 supercharged), but there is no official trim or special edition called "Sterling" associated with this model. It’s possible that "Sterling" could refer to a custom package or aftermarket modification that was done by a dealer or previous owner, but it wasn't an official Buick offering from the factory.
