Ellsworth B.
A:BEST ANSWERHi Ellsworth, I'm glad to assist you. A fast or erratic flash rate of the turn signals (hyperflash) can be an indicator of various issues within the turn signal circuit. While a faulty flasher relay is one potential cause, there are other factors to consider as well. A burned-out or incorrect bulb in one of the turn signal circuits can cause the flasher to operate at a faster rate. If you've replaced incandescent bulbs with LED bulbs without adding load resistors, the lower power draw of the LEDs may cause the flasher to operate more quickly. Adding load resistors to the circuit can often resolve this issue. For us to double-check carefully and be accurate on the part you need, please provide the complete details of your vehicle (year, make, model, submodel, 2WD/4WD, and engine size). The VIN would be helpful. You can also call our parts specialist on our toll-free number, 1-866-529-0412 (Mon to Sun). Show less
