A:BEST ANSWERHi Jim, I'm glad to assist you. This actually is for transmission type NAG1. This comes with mounting clips to be attached to the transmission. This is not similar to the 15 bolt holes regular OEM transmission pan, with a 2WD/4WD automatic transmission type 545RFE. If you actually have the transmission type 545RFE. I would recommend you order the Dorman brand with part number RB265817 (15 bolt hole). This is our best buy since it carries a lifetime limited warranty.
