Delco vs. Dorman
The AC Delco switch was a little pricey, But it's worth it, as long as it doesn't fail by flooding the vacuum, and AC vacuum control system with transmission fluid, as the $16 Dorman did a little short of three years. The ORIGINAL lasted 21yrs, but when it failed, It didn't take the vacuum systems with it, it just froze up. I hope this is better,,, thanks Photos attached are some of the extent by which one needs to flush all diaphrams, control switch and lines all the way to the intake manifold, the damage a cheap switch causes is not worth the discount.
