I am trying to find a tonneau cover for my 2006 Toyota Tundra full size pickup truck with a 4.7 L engine, 8 cyl? I would like a cover that is small enough to access my ladder rack holders on the top sides of the bed trim. There are 2 holes on the top of  each side of the truck bed where the cover is mounted.  My present cover will not allow me to access the ladder rack holes.  Please assist me.
