Batteries were dead
Received product and it wasn’t working. Had to go get new batteries then had issues getting screws out to replace the batteries. Plus, the screws are so small, you need tools made for watches to get into the battery compartment. I don’t think I would have purchased this model had I known all this. The unit is nice but it was very frustrating to have to put new batteries in it before I could even use it.
