my recently purchased 05 subaru outback xt was displaying the code "P2016". my tech told me he couldn't even get a hold of the parts w/o buying the entire runners at $410 ea. i started researching the forums and no luck. then i saw a YouTube video (wouldn't u know it!) he described fixing the P2016 by replacing both accelerator position sensors, in the comments someone asked him for the link to buy the parts which he listed. when i accessed the link <a href="http://carparts.com" target="_blank">carparts.com</a> had the most reasonable price of many suppliers. i'd never bought from them, probably went with paypal if they offered to ensure they performed, and bigo, within a few days they arrived! my tech installed them and now the code's a goner, i can go ahead and smog that baby!
