Fit perfectly ...made the truck a 8 again
this replaced a rusted tailgate in a other wise clean 2004 GMC 1500...the box was delivered via Fed Ex intact albeit a day late (given the volume of shipping these days I overlooked this)
latch,hardware,cables and finish were as good as OEM however when prepping for paint i discovered two SLIGHT dents which i repaired as part of the paint process...honestly had i just sprayed it you'd have to be two feet way to notice
I'd purchase this again with no hestitation
