I originally ordered this replacement through a local car parts store. When it arrived, it was poorly packed and a hole was punched through the box and the middle of the assembly. So I decided to try <a href="http://carparts.com," target="_blank">carparts.com,</a> and I'm glad I did. This time it was well packed in a much sturdier box, with Styrofoam corners for cushioning. In spite of this care, a small piece was chipped off, but still in the plastic bag. The <a href="http://carparts.com" target="_blank">carparts.com</a> customer service people were very responsive. A little super glue and the assembly was hole again, installed easily, and working perfectly.
