I'm glad to help you out. Yes, this chrome step bumper would come step pad, the bumper face bar and towing hitch installed on the face bar already. But, will not come with the mounting brackets and mounting hardware as well yet.

Both chrome pieces have cracks in them! This is completely unacceptable especially for how much I paid for it. I won't be shopping at car parts.com anymore

O ordered a bumper for a 2017 toyota tacoma. The first one took 3 weeks to arrive and when it did it was damaged. The bumper did not come in a box. When I called to complain they sent me a replacement bumper only for that one to arrive broken as well. I wish I would have listened to the reviews because there's plenty of them that state the items get delivered damaged. Those reviews were dead on. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE UNLESS YOU WANT DAMAGED GOODS..
