Close but not exact fit
nice quality finish but not all holes lined up. i had to redrill 4 prestamped bolt holes to get it close. two of the top six bolt holes were approximately 3/4" off (the two center holes). final fit of side panels is close, but not exact resulting in need to redrill one per side and 1/8" gaps. replacement assembly looks better than rusted bumper removed, but closer fit would be better.
