What does the “Without 15X7 Wheels Type, w/o Spare Tire Provision” mean? My 1994 4Runner came from the factory with a 31x10.50 R15 spare tire and it fits and clears the bumper just fine. Fit great and looks really good. Wish could have ordered mounting brackets also, if you carried them. Would have been even better if it came with the nuts and bolts required to assemble and then attach to the vehicle. It can take a lot of trial and error to find correct hardware
