A:BEST ANSWERHi Andrew, This comes with the inner tie rods left and right with the boots included as shown on the image. This is the basic power steering rack assembly itself. The outer tie rod on each side is not included. This item does not come with installation hardware. We suggest getting those locally through a local auto supply store or the dealership. Show less
