Better packaging?
I liked the speedy shipping and easy to navigate website. I also really like the core return process as it’s also super easy to complete and fast. But I didn’t like the lacking packaging. It didn’t hold my part secure inside the box, there was hardly and padding or packing to protect the part. Luckily the part is performing fantastically and it was overall a great purchase and a wonderful website.
