I am very satisfied with this product. No core charge, and being brand new with a great warranty and free road side assistance if something goes wrong with it. My car starts faster, and quieter than with the oe starter. The only thing i didn't like was that in order to install it i had to cut a stock wire and crimp on the new wire that this starter came with. Not a big deal. Just annoying. Over all 5 stars out of 5
