Seems to be several VSS for a Ford Ranger with 4.0 and 4WD, Automatic Transmission. My Ranger has a rebuilt transmission, after the shifter cable broke I replaced it but now I have shifting problems. Will not go into drive unless I go into 2nd first and the overdrive now does not work. Some say it could be the VSS but which one, transmission or the one located on the rear axel???
