Product Questions & Answers

Q:Both wires are black how can I tell which is the live and which is ground? Show Less
Paul J.
A:BEST ANSWERHi Paul, I'm glad to assist you. Set the multimeter to the continuity setting and test each wire against a known ground on the vehicle. The wire that shows continuity is the ground wire; the other is the live wire (If the multimeter shows a voltage reading (usually around 12V), the wire being tested is the live wire. The other wire without a voltage reading is the ground.). Click the link below to buy it today while on sale.
