I am having a hard time finding the definitive part -Rear upper mounting bushings for 2004 Lexus GX470. I’m installing new rear shocks. Suggestions for the correct fitting rubber part?Marty L.Jul 25, 2022
Best Answer:Hi Marty, I'm glad to assist you. We do not carry the upper rear shock mount bushings. We only have the front shock mount bushings for this car. You can still find the rear shock bushings online since there are many car parts online retailers. Still, you might need other parts such as a brake disc and pad kit (front and rear) or ceramic brake pads for an upgrade. Please tell us so we can send you a link for you to order the part, if ever. I hope this helps.

do I need these with new shocks?Holly S.May 07, 2020
Best Answer:Hello! Replacing the shock mounting bushings along with a new set of shocks is highly recommended. The good news is, most replacement shocks come with new bushings, so there’s no need to purchase the bushings separately. If you’ve already purchased new shocks for your vehicle, check the contents of the box – you should find mounting bushings inside. On the other hand, if you’re looking for a new pair of shocks, please provide me with the year, make and model of your vehicle. That way, I can locate the correct shocks (with bushings) for your application.
