Best Answer:Depends on the quality you expect. Consensus most likely would be to cut out all rusted sections of the existing body and weld this panel in place. Others may suggest applying this panel as an overlay with panel adhesive, which is a highly debated practice. Google installing a rocker panel and panel adhesive and you'll find a myriad of answers. Which advise you choose is your call.
