Best Answer:Hi David, I'm glad to assist you. We apologize for the erroneous entry. It should say, "Un-notched necks are designed for weld-in installation. If clamping, use 3-inch wide band clamps 18006", as Borla noted in their online catalog. This is a universal type of resonator without bolt bracket flanges.
