My son's old radiator does not have the two transmission cooler lines at the bottom. It must have a separate cooler. 2006 nissan maxima 3.5L v6 automatic. We can't find a replacement radiator without those two lines. Is there something to convert these radiators? Is there a different radiator without those two lines?Jenifer W.Sep 03, 2020
Best Answer:Hi Jenifer, Upon checking, the 2 outlet tubings are for the engine oil cooler and the transmission oil cooler and usually for automatic type of transmission fitment. Those 2 outlet tube ports can actually be plugged shut so you don't have to use it. It is also best, if you can consult your trusted local automotive shop to confirm this if you prefer so. Or check with a good repair manual for your vehicle.

Okay but didn't properly fit with the fan
It didn't properly fit in the slots and we had to makeshift it to fit we got it in but it's not an exact fit to my fan, it was very nice though I am giving it 4 stars for that.
