Seems to fit well and would probably have worked but one of threads for the transline was misthreaded.

This radiator is a good copy of the original and is working fine. Remember that transmission cooling line connections need silicon or Teflon tape to prevent minor transmission fluid leaks. Only complaint is that the packaging in China was poor and a plastic connection flange broke off in shipping. I chose to do a repair rather than asking for a replacement.
