A:BEST ANSWERHi, Both. In the middle part, you could probably get away with bolting it in, the complete assembly should probably be spot welded like it is from the factory. If it was a body on frame car, sure you could bolt the whole thing in, but being unibody, you might be sacrificing some structural integrity there. Show less
