A:BEST ANSWERHi Russell, I'm pleased to assist you. Insert the hard plastic piece into the rubber boot, then use a jack to drive the pad into the vehicle's body. Q:I have an Arcan 3 ton aluminum floor jack and need a new lifting pad. The diameter inside the metal disc is 3 7/8 - do you have a pad that size? Show Less
