1992 Buick Park Avenue Ultra - Supercharged V6, 3.8L - Power Steering Pump - Reservoir location?   This pump is supposed to fit my car,however, the Reservoir shown is on the right-side of the pump (from at the front/ pulley side of the pump). My car (and also photos of the same engine online), require the reservoir to be on the LEFT side of the pump. The pump is located on the lower left of the engine so the reservoir needs to be located on the Left - away from the engine. Is the image shown here just a generic image, but the actual part will be flipped as necessary?John F.Jul 15, 2023

Dnj Power Steering Pump Power Steering Pump 6, 3.8 Without Pulley, With Reservoir
I finally found a very hard-to-find item
I finally found the correct very hard-to-find, newly manufactured item. There are tons of remanufactured pumps without the reservoir or some with an incompatible reservoir or with an obviously used and abused reservoir that was patched in several places the fiberglass tape and painted. They look pretty rough. I have a 1992 Buick Park Avenue Ultra with only 40,000 miles, in mint condition. The power steering pump is starting to drip at the bearings/seal and needs to be replaced. Simply replacing the pump will solve the leak problem, but I absolutely wanted to replace the 30 year old plastic reservoir with a New one, at the same time. It isn't cracked or leaking (yet), but it's only a matter of time, given that it's located near the exhaust and exposed to a lot of heat. And living in Arizona, the engine bay is always hot. After searching for months, for pump with the correct reservoir configuration, I finally found it on <a href="http://CarParts.com!" target="_blank">CarParts.com!</a> I'm a happy customer and big fan.
