hi guys, I have a right hand drive 2008 ford escape 2.3l will this fit ok?
also I noticed a pipe /tube sticking out the side, what is it for.
mine only has the sump plug.
I live in Tasmania Australia.

Best Answer:Hi Peter, I'm glad to help you out. Upon checking, this will not fit the right-hand drive (RHD). This is only for the left-hand drive. I checked but, did not find an oil pan for the RHD. And also, we do not deliver directly to Australia. I hope this helps. Have a nice day.

Best Answer:Hello! If you are referring to the dipstick tube, it is just sealed with an o-ring, so once you remove the oil pan bolts and lower the oil pan, it will slide out fairly easily.
