This oil cooler was an afterthought on vw. They shouls recall it due to virtually every one at some point failing due to the heat from the turbo caused by a shallow oil pan that cant cope with the heat. I'm ASE certified if you want to cool oil you pull it away from the block to a radiator not circulate horribly overpriced coolant around it in the smalles surface are you can. Also don't charge $150 for OEM parts that we know fail. Good product if I had to I would order again.
