Good product - could be better
The mirror assembly was great in every respect, but could be made such that the color accent panel could be used from the original mirror. The accent panel on the replacement is provided in black, which would require painting in order to match the rest of the vehicle. If the means of attachment of the mirror body and the accent panel were made the same as the original mirror, the existing (original color) accent panel could be slipped into place, thus not requiring trying to match the original but weathered paint color.
