Better than the original!
I didn't install this myself because it requires the removal of the door panel, so I can't speak to the ease of installation, but it does fit and look great -- and it seems to actually be of better quality than the original (based on the use of some interior metal parts versus plastic in the OEM part). And a very good value, too!
