Great Product, Maybe Not Great Customer Service
These mirrors were a perfect fit for my 2014 Kia Optima. Very easy to install. The only problem I had with them was that the driver's side mirror had a piece broken off in transit so I had to return it. The customer service rep I chatted with said the process would go faster if I bought a new one while the broken one was being refunded (instead of waiting for a replacement to arrive). I ended up paying nearly $20 more by doing this but didn't realize how much extra I was paying at the time. I did bring up to the rep that I was paying more but only received a few dollars off. My fault for not being more vigilant, but just wanted to let buyers be aware if they find themselves in a similar situation.
