Part fits like a glove.
This part was exactly as advertised. It fit perfectly into the spot where the previous one fit. The controls work seamlessly, and the blinker works. The only two differences are that there is no BSM (Blind Spot Management) with this mirror, which I knew going into it. So, not a negative, because I chose a cheaper model that didn't have the BSM. Since this BSM is connected to the other mirror, the yellow BSM light on the dash continually flashes, and the BSM on the left mirror on the left no longer works. I presume you need both mirrors BSM-compliant in order for either to work. The other difference is that this one is all black. Doesn't have the Apple Red color that the other mirror has. Again, we knew this when we bought it. I'll say it gives it character. Great service.

Good price and delivery but product was damaged
Received with back cover tab broken, but package was not damaged. Rather than go through the return process I just glued it. Also the mirror does not have Blind Spot Monitoring sensor capacity - which is my fault for not verifying that at purchase; however, wanted to make a note for information purposes. There was no mention of BSM sensor that I saw when browsing websites that sell these mirrors so I assumed it was standard. The purchase and shipment tracking processes were good.
