I understand that this mirror will fit only the 2010 MKX. Can anyone tell me why this would not fit a 2008? What exactly is the difference? 2008 is 11 pin, power adjust, heated, manual fold, puddle light. They appear identical.Richard U.Feb 13, 2023

This 2010 has the OEM part number AA1Z17683BA. You can call your local dealer and get the OEM part number of the 2008 mirror. If it is the same as the 2010 mirror. Then you can safely order it.
