Not impressed with this company...
Not impressed with this company at this point. Ordered and received a defective mirror. Spoke with customer service on 8.29.2020 and was told a replacement mirror would be sent. No replacement as of 9.9.2020. Called customer service to ask about the status of the replacement and found no replacement order was ever issued (no surprise). Rep advised she did order the replacement this time but was unable to give me an order number....I would have to wait 24-48 hours for an email. How do you place an order in your system but can't provide an order number???
