I am extremely disappointed! After waiting a over a week for the item to be received, I was sent a part that was inoperable. I connected the mirror to my truck and the running lights and turn signals on the mirror did NOT work. I verified the power connection and all was correct. I even plugged in the old mirror that was being replaced and it worked. I gently tapped the side of the new mirror and the lights flickered slightly on and off. I called <a href="http://carparts.com" target="_blank">carparts.com</a>'s customer service and was greeted as if I was a problem. They were unable to replace the mirror with a working one and the best they could do is take the mirror back. I hope <a href="http://carparts.com" target="_blank">carparts.com</a> does not treat all their customers this way and provides them products that should work as advertised. I will never use <a href="http://carparts.com" target="_blank">carparts.com</a> ever again. Sadly in business your return customers are what you truly rely on for business growth. Not today!!
