I am NOT an auto mechanic and I could do it!
Everything was great except no printed instructions. You will have to go to You Tube to get a video on how to install (unless you work in a body shop in which case you probably already know how to install!). The part fit perfectly once I re-used the original pad that waterproofs the mirror so water doesn't get in the door - the new pad was too thick and wouldn't allow the bolt holes to line up so the nuts could be attached. I am NOT an auto mechanic and I could do it!
