We have a 2016 MB Sprinter 2500. The passenger side mirror is damaged. When we took it off, ours has 2 wires coming out-one had black tip and other had white tip at end of 2nd wire. What are we doing wrong? What are those 2 wires? and with this being the correct part, how do we hook the new one up with just 1 wire? Ty for help!Valarie B.Dec 28, 2023

Good replacement...but not OEM quality.
Installed this mirror last weekend. The mirror quality is good...but understand its not OEM quality. The large top mirror does vibrate when driving as reviewer "Brent M" mentions. The mirror was installed and tightened correctly...I think its just a quality issue with the mirror mount/motor. The electrical plug connection is ok but not perfect. The lock tab appears to engage the factory plug but somewhat distorts the mirror connector. All electric functions (turn, mirror adjustment, heat (not tested)) seem to work fine. Overall, its a $100 replacement mirror so I can live with the vibration. To replace the broken parts on the original mirror from Mercedes was over $340. Shipping was delayed. The tracking info did not accurately track the package and did arrive even later than a "delayed shipping email" from Carparts indicated.

Good enough
The fitment was spot on, the only issue I have with it is that the mirror is definitely not as tight as the OEM mirror. When driving the mirror vibrates. It's good enough to see a car or truck but not make out much more than that. Not sure if there is a way to fix this.
