Mirror was fairly easy to install myself .... couldn't get the small speaker in the corner of my LeSabre reattached well ... but that is an issue with the clips used to hold the speaker on. In any event, the mirror itself is fine and functions the same as the original factory mirror. Time will tell if I would give it high marks for quality, but so far so good.
